For the last decade New Jersey-based Sharon Goldman has consistently been one of contemporary folk's most imaginative, warm, and honest singer-songwriters. Her latest album, "Every Trip Around the Sun, is about journeys through life, on a personal and political level. Richard Cuccaro of Acoustic Live in New York City calls it, "a seductive, delicious sharing of places visited and a life fully lived." The track, "The End of Sunset Over Athens," featuring Mark Dann on guitar and her fellow "Chick With Dip"(and co-producer ) Allison Tartalia, is a charming picture of "foreign lovers among the ruins, content to be far from home."
