Sunday Supper: 11/06/22

As we fall back into Eastern Standard Time,this week's "Sunday Supper" opens with a couple of songs for the change of time by Josh Ritter and Jefferson Berry. Much of the show looks forward, starting with a single by Paula Cole, Jason Isbell and John Paul White and other new releases by New York-area guys Roger Street Friedman and Anthony D'Amato and erstwhile New Yorker Freedy Johnston. 

Another local hero, Stephen Clair, is part of this Tuesday's "On Your Radar," along with a couple of Canadians, Abigail Lapell and the duo Quote the Raven. I'll have a preview of that, plus favorites by Steely Dan, Bruce Cockburn, and Ella Fitzgerald & Louis Armstrong.

Darkness falls, but music lights the way from 5-6 pm EST at 90.7 FM and streaming online or on demand anytime in the WFUV Weekend Archives, on the WFUV app or the light-sensitive smart speaker of your choice.
