Sunday Supper: 05/12/24

Who needs flowers or candy when you can give your mother the gift of music? "Sunday Supper" can offer enticing selections  from musical mothers Brandi Carlile, Dar Williams, Jen Chapin, and Josie Bello, including new releases by Ani DiFranco, Ana Egge, and Anais Mitchell (in her Bonny Light Horseman guise).

I'll also have new music by Mark O'Connor, Crys Jacobs, The Lone Bellow, and Stella Prince and a preview of Tuesday's "On Your Radar" with Matt King & White Collar Crime, Mad Agnes, and Sandy Bailey at the Bitter End.

Mama does allow music from 4:00-6:00 p.m. EDT at 90.7 FM and wfuv.org, as well as on-demand in the WFUV Archives, on the WFUV app, or the maternal smart speaker of your choice.
