Sunday Supper: 09/01/24

In honor of Labor Day, this week's "Sunday Supper" toasts working class heroes, like David Bromberg, Jason Isbell, Billy Bragg, Miranda Hardy, and, yes, Johnny Paycheck.

Bob Dylan has to be one of the hardest working men in show business, with his Never Ending Tour and constant recordings from the archives. I'll have one from the newest, Live Recordings 1974, along with new releases from two guys who've escaped the "New Dylans" label, Steve Forbert and Dan Bern.  Plus classics from Nina Simone, The Mavericks, and Bruce Springsteen.
