Sunday Supper: 11/03/19
David Byrne’s American Utopia on Broadway is an artistic triumph and a joyful statement about the power of music. It reflects his idiosyncratic sensibility but with an underlying hope in humanity. I'll share a mini review and a taste of the music on today's "Sunday Supper."
We'll also have a tip of the birthday cap to Bonnie Raitt, Rickie Lee Jones and Joni Mitchell (via Brandi Carlile) and new music from Alice Howe, Heathcote Hill, James Lee Stanley, and others.
This must be the place for a tasty "Sunday Supper" from 5-6 p.m. at 90.7 FM and wfuv.org, on demand in the Weekend Archives or at your disposal with a smart speaker.
