Sunday Supper: 03/15/20
As the election year heats up, many politically-conscious artists are weighing in with songs, and you can hear a couple of them on this week's "Sunday Supper." Eliza Gilkyson unveils a preview of her forthcoming album, 2020, with the single "Beautiful World of Mine," and The Nields offer the hopeful title track of their album, November. In addition, Mark Erelli supplies "A Little Kindness" from his latest, Blindsided.
We'll also have music from such faves as Sheryl Crow, Wilco, Dar Williams, The Levins, and Suzzy and Lucy Wainwright Roche. Beware the Ides of March, but embrace the music between 5-6 p.m. EDT at 90.7 FM and wfuv.org or anytime in the WFUV Weekend Archives, on the WFUV app, or the smart speaker of your choice.
