Sunday Supper: 02/20/22

This week is the 50th anniversary of Nick Drake 's Pink Moon album in the UK. Valerie June has done a tasty new cover of the title track, which we'll hear on this week's "Sunday Supper," along with a jazz-inflected Nick Drake cover by Brad Mehldau. Other new releases include Jesse Terry, Rupert Wates, and House of Hamill and several songs about Emmett Till in honor of Black History Month.

I'll have favorites from John Gorka, Michelle Shocked, and Fairport Convention, plus a shout-out to the late Sam Lay, the great Chicago blues drummer who propelled "Got My Mojo Workin'."
